Do you meet remotely or only in person?
Dr. Chernow and Ms. Jann provide both in person and remote sessions. The remote sessions occur over HIPPA-protected Zoom. Both providers express that in-person can be quite helpful, especially in the beginning, but understand constraints and can offer video sessions as needed.

How quickly can we be seen?
We respond to requests for treatment within 24 working hours. We schedule patients based on the urgency of their case, their preferences and clinician availability. To seek treatment, please contact us here and we will respond within 24 working hours.

Do you accept insurance?
We provide the paperwork necessary for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement; however, we do not accept insurance. If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, you can use the statements we provide to seek reimbursement from these accounts.
